Schemes
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Schemes are the primary entity in Formation. A scheme represents a property development project and contains associated developments, companies, and addresses.
Viewing Schemes
Section titled “Viewing Schemes”Navigate to Schemes in the main application to see a list of all schemes. You can:
- Search — Use the search bar to find schemes by name, address, or associated companies
- Filter — Apply filters to narrow down results
- Sort — Click column headers to sort the list
Creating a Scheme
Section titled “Creating a Scheme”- Click the New Scheme button
- Fill in the required fields:
- Name — The scheme name
- Address — The primary address for the scheme
- Save the scheme
Editing a Scheme
Section titled “Editing a Scheme”- Select a scheme from the list to open its detail view
- Click Edit to enter edit mode
- Modify the fields you wish to change
- Click Save Changes when done
The save button is only enabled when changes have been detected.
Scheme Attributes
Section titled “Scheme Attributes”Schemes support custom attributes that can be configured per scheme type. These are managed through the scheme detail view.
Completeness Score
Section titled “Completeness Score”Each scheme has an automatically calculated completeness score based on how many fields have been populated. Check the completeness indicator on the scheme detail view to see which fields still need data.
