Developments

Overview

Developments represent individual buildings, phases, or units within a scheme. Each development belongs to exactly one scheme.

Viewing Developments

Developments are displayed within the scheme detail view. Navigate to a scheme to see its associated developments.

Creating a Development

1. Open a scheme’s detail view
2. Navigate to the Developments tab
3. Click Add Development
4. Fill in the required fields:
   • Name — The development name
   • Type — Select the development type
   • Status — Set the current status
5. Save the development

Development Types and Statuses

Developments have configurable types and statuses that reflect their current state in the property lifecycle. These are managed as reference data.

Editing a Development

1. Click on a development within a scheme to open its detail view
2. Edit the fields you wish to change
3. Click Save Changes when done
