Companies

Overview

The company directory maintains information about organisations involved in the property market — developers, investors, managing agents, and other stakeholders.

Viewing Companies

Navigate to Companies in the main application. The list view supports:

• Search — Find companies by name
• Filtering — Filter by company type or other attributes
• Sorting — Sort by name, type, or other columns

Creating a Company

1. Click New Company
2. Fill in the required fields:
   • Name — The company name
   • Type — Select the company type
3. Save the company

Linking Companies to Schemes

Companies can be associated with schemes through scheme company roles:

1. Open a scheme’s detail view
2. Navigate to the Companies tab
3. Click Add Company
4. Select the company and assign a role (e.g., Developer, Investor)

Completeness Score

Like schemes, companies have an automatically calculated completeness score indicating how much data has been populated.
